You can contact Samaritans free and anonymously 24/7 by phone on 116 123, email firstname.lastname@example.org, or by post at Freepost SAMARITANS LETTERS and you can also walk in at certain centres. They are there to listen and not judge, and despite popular perception, you don’t have to be suicidal to talk to them.
Citizen’s Advice provides a free, confidential advice and information on your rights service. You can talk to them about issues including housing, money, and discrimination.
